"Try Scuba Diving" is a primary introduction of scuba diving that is most suitable for people who are thinking of learning how to dive but have not yet made up their minds whether to take a certification course. If you can relate to this situation, then this course is right for you.
This 3-hour scuba lesson covers safety guidelines and skills needed to dive under the direct supervision of a PADI Professional. This includes learning how to use scuba equipment and how to move underwater while wearing your gear. We will teach you how to comfortably breathe underwater so you can explore your surroundings with ease.
You will then have an opportunity to practice the skills you learned on a 40-feet or shallower dive. No need to worry as the actual dive is in the calm waters of Cabo San Lucas Marine Park or Cabo Bay and our PADI-certified instructor will be with you all the way.
What to bring with you
We highly recommend that you bring any valid ID and comfortable swimwear with you on the day of the scuba lesson.
We’ll take you on a boat dive to Cabo San Lucas Marine Park or Cabo Bay. Cabo San Lucas Marine Park is surrounded by the desert and a beautiful mountain range which form a shallow bay which nestles one of the three living reefs in North America. The waters here are usually calm with minimal current and good visibility. Cabo Bay, on the other hand, has rocky cliffs where sand descends creating amazing falls plunging 300 feet down. The waters on Cabo Bay is calm and offers good visibility which is perfect for beginner divers.
What you can expect to see
Aside from learning how to scuba dive, you’ll have a chance to see a wide variety of fish darting in and out of coral gardens such as moorish idols, guitarfish, butterfly fish, jacks, and many more.
