One or Two Tank Marine Park Dive
1 or 2 Tank Marine Park Dive Overview
Cabo San Lucas Bay was declared as a marine reserve in 1995. The park is home to a thriving reef which stretches from Cabo Pulmo in the Sea of Cortez. Tagged as the “world’s aquarium,” it has become a refuge for both resident and migratory species. This beautiful and remote marine sanctuary is just two hours away from Cabo San Lucas town-proper.
Join us on a one and two tank dive tour inside Cabo Bay where you’ll see the famous Submarine Canyon. This narrow sea located in the middle of the Mexican mainland and the Baja California peninsula is home to a smorgasbord of fish, invertebrates, and different marine mammals
Departure: 9:00am-12:30pm or 1pm-4pm
Requirements: Good Physical Health
The rich diversity of marine life inspired Jacques Cousteau to call the Sea of Cortez the “aquarium of the world”. Notable snorkeling locations include Pelican rock, Sea Lion Colony, and Neptune´s Finger. Be fascinated with the sight of rock formations before plunging into the water. Marvel at the colorful tropical fish, exquisite coral formations, turtles, sea lions, and other interesting marine creatures that dwell in these waters. Sea lion pups are very friendly and curious creatures. Don’t be surprised if a pup takes great interest in you while you snorkel.
Experienced divers also visit Cabo Pulmo Marine Park for its drift dives along the reef. Explore the nooks and crannies that are teeming with life. It is an ideal destination for divers who love underwater photography and those seeking an adventurous experience.
